Return policy

According to the hygienic conditions of the prescribed clothing, it is not possible to try on and use it on the Internet.

However, in order to fully serve the customer's welfare, it is not a key period to try on a holiday within 3 days after the product is included.

The underwear is not limited to this, try to wear can not be returned.

Return considerations

 According to the hygienic conditions of the prescribed clothing, it is not possible to try on and use it on the Internet.

However, in order to fully serve the customer's welfare, it is not a key period to try on a holiday within 3 days after the product is included.


Returns are not accepted for the following situations:

●The integrity of the goods is not maintained (including invoices, parts and accessories, hang tags, original packaging, gifts or purchases).

    Once the demolition damage tag, water washing internal standard, water washing, fouling wear, contamination residual non-commodity odor (ex. perfume, body odor, smoke, lotion), etc.

    It is not possible to accept the return application, or refund the refund amount after deducting the refund amount depending on the damage level.

●Pants/hosiery category is based on the principle of hygiene. It can be opened and decomposed but cannot be tried. Once used, it will not be accepted for return.

● The goods are customized and modified due to personal needs, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

● Products purchased through other platforms and physical stores are not applicable to this service. For details, please refer to the description of each platform.

● Service hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (excluding national holidays).

●The above services are only limited to customers in Taiwan, and foreign members are required to pay for shipping.

● Return and cancellation of the order will not return the refunded purchase amount.


Refund method

●The refund amount will only be refunded for the amount of the ordered item, excluding shipping costs.

● The payment method is ATM transfer. After confirming the return, the payment will be transferred back to the original bank account of the subscriber or sent by registered check.

    If a single order contains a number of items, due to system settings, please return all items together, after returning the items to confirm the recycling,

●If the payment method is credit card, after confirming the return, the money will be refunded to the original credit card account.
